Who Should Take an Online Course?
If you have a busy schedule, online courses offer flexibility to learn at your own pace. They’re also great for those seeking specific skills or knowledge not easily found in traditional settings.
Busy professionals, parents, and geographically isolated individuals can all thrive in online courses. Anyone with a desire to learn and the self-discipline to manage their time can succeed.
How Do I Access My Course?
Go ahead and register via memberships, choose a membership that works for you, and create an account. Once you have logged in, the courses in the membership selected will be available in your learning dashboard.
Whenever you return, simply login using your credentials to access the courses. If you’re unsure where to find your course, reach out to us using the Contact Us page.
Are There Prerequisites or Language Requirements?
It depends on the course! Some may have prerequisites like prior knowledge or specific skills. Always check the course description for details. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you have questions.
Can I Take More than One Course at a Time?
Yes, you can! But it depends on your learning style and the course workload. Consider the time commitment, difficulty level, and your ability to manage multiple subjects. If you have strong time management skills, you might handle several courses well. Shorter courses with less work can also be good options for taking multiples concurrently.
My Payment Did Not Go Through. What Do I Do?
- Is your payment method up-to-date? Expired cards or incorrect billing information can cause failures. Update your payment details and try again.
- Sufficient funds? Ensure your account has enough balance to cover the purchase.
- Contact your bank. Banks might decline transactions for security reasons. Inform them about the intended purchase to avoid blocks.
- Try another payment method. If the issue persists, consider using a different card or payment option.
- Contact us: Did you make an offline/Cash payment? Contact us so we can assist you.
How Does Online Learning Work?
Online courses use a virtual platform where you access lessons, assignments, and discussions. These can be asynchronous (work at your own pace) or synchronous (live sessions at specific times). You’ll interact with the course materials, instructors, and classmates through the platform, typically using a computer or mobile device.
